Industrial Robotics for Industry 4.0
Intelitek offers a range of Industrial robots and robotics training programs including certification. Robotics is the foundation of Industry 4.0 and Smart Factories and having a comprehensive training program is an essential part of any modern CTE program.
This shows how advanced online training can be used to teach CNC. This may be good for environments where real CNC equipment cannot be available or may be limited compared to the number of students.
This shows that CTE education can be given online if needed.
SmartCIM4.0 – Industry 4.0 for Education
This advanced Computer Integrated Manufacturing configuration includes all the elements that differentiate traditional manufacturing from Industry 4.0 and Smart Factories. The system includes extensive new curriculum for Industry 4.0.
The MotoMan GP8 or welding robots can be used safely in enclosed cells for students to learn the intricacies of Advanced Robotics and Robotic Welding
Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS)
Video shows a standalone manufacturing setup combining industrial robotics (MotoMan GP8) and a CNC Mill (BenchMill 6100) working in unison. FMS is a starting point for teaching system integration, advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
Remote Learning Solutions for CTE

In this student built example, the MotoMan MHJF robot is integrated with a PLC, HMI, sensors, and multiple custom parts to serve coffee at a demonstration. This is an example of the type of challenge project that can be used for capstone grading.

Expanding your Manufacturing Training Program to Prepare Students for Industry 4.0 Jobs
How can you take your manufacturing training to the next level. Brown County High School, a PLTW program, offers a manufacturing program focused on educating students for real jobs in industry. Educator Chris Townsend has expanded the FMS lab and added huge value to the students learning level. The session will outline some of the concepts of Industry 4.0 and how the program at the Brown County High School FMS lab has expanded to address these.
